Guidelines
This contract must be used by anyone organising an educational event under the auspices of NHS D&G or on NHS D&G premises. The contract aims to ensure that only those products listed within the NHS D&G Joint Formulary will be promoted at such events. It is the responsibility of the person organising the event to supply industry representatives with this contract and also to send a copy of the signed agreement to:-

Random spot checks will be carried out to ensure that the policy is being complied with.
