Appropriate use of Duloxetine in the Management of Stress Incontinence

SIGN Guideline No. 79 advises that duloxetine should only be used in the management of urinary incontinence as part of an overall management strategy and not in isolation. This document outlines the strategy recommended for use in Dumfries and Galloway.
